Set two as many as you can
Set three as many as you can
Do between 3 and 5 sets
If you want to do assisted on the last set go for it.
Once you get up to 10 reps find ways to make them harder, close grip, sling a towel over the bar so one hand is lower than the other, grab the bar with one hand your wrist with the other etc....you will get there.
If pullups are you go you could choose them to "grease the goove" Set up a bar where you pass though and do a pullup every time you in or out of the room.
