    Nightshades and aching legs?

    Primal Fuel
Sometimes I suffer extremely painful aching in my legs after meals. I'm observing this happens after I eat eggplant, even just a small amount.
I've also noticed that when I eat tomato sauce I feel a little bit "off" directly after, not anything specific, just a hazy feeling in my head.

Is this an intolerance to nightshades?

The usual way for testing for food allergies is to remove the food from your diet for a week or so, then try it. If you have a problem, then you have an allergy to it....

I eat nightshades so rarely anyway, maybe once a month, that every time I eat them is basically reintroducing.

I guess I'm really wondering if this is a common problem.
