Sorry if it was already posted. A health-conscious, sort-of primal friend at work sent me this. Pretty great read.

Heart Surgeon Admits He was Wrong About Low Fat Diet and Heart Disease | Coconut Oil

might be a good share for the skeptics that need to hear this from doctors.

Not bad. He's not all the way there yet. Sounds like he would be fine with grains as long as they aren't highly processed. Complex carbs are bad too if they are eaten to excess. He doesn't address the issue of feedlot beef. He needs to get to grass fed, wild caught meats.

Overall, though, the guy has a made a huge step in the right direction.

Complex carbs are bad too if they are eaten to excess and wheat's probably inflammatory in any form. He doesn't address the issue of feedlot beef. He needs to get to grass fed, wild caught meats.

Overall, though, the guy has a made a huge step in the right direction.

You ain't kidding, but most people won't think to do that I suppose. Also, the message is being said by many, but not by enough doctors, even if this one has a financial stake... ah, nothing is ever just for the good of people. I still think it's worth sharing though.

Yes, definitely worth sharing, I was just disappointed to read about his checkered past.
