    First sprints DOWN!

    Primal Fuel
    Wow- I thought taking it slow doing 6 sets of 10 second sprints with 60 second rest in between would help with the soreness but what a rude awakening when I woke up this morning! At least it feeled like I worked it yesterday!

    Pretty much any sprint workout of sufficient intensity to be called a "sprint" will involve some soreness the following days.
