Looking for people to brag about their 3 favorite exercises at the gym.
List any exercise that doesn't involve a cardio machine. This can be anything from a crossfit workout, trx, body weight, legs, upper body, abs, back, arms... Whatever you want except no cardio machines.
Mine are as follows:
Pushups
Overhead squats
Flutter Kicks
1. Deadlift
2. Weighted Chinups
3. Back Squats
Dead lift , handstand pushups, mastering muscle ups(includes weight vest pull ups, high pulls and jumping muscle ups)
