Hm, not much to report.
B - yoghurt, banana, rasp, honey, coffee
L - tuna, roast veg salad, pesto
T - steak, onion, leek, butter
Today will be the same, pretty much.
So far I am tolerating the T3. Have been sleeping like a log, and no side effects, so I upped my dose yesterday. Hopefully I'll see some weight loss soon!
