If Dr. Oz's ideas actually worked, then why is Oprah still huge?
Dr. Oz is the worst. The guy takes CW or some new fringe magic bullet packages it up and puts it in nice 7 min segments.
I love it when he wears scrubs on the show. I can just imagine him walking off the set and straight into surgery.
He is an absolute medical sideshow clown.

5'0" female, 42 years old.
Started Primal October 31, 2011, at a skinny fat 111.5 lbs.
Current weight: 101.5. lbs and holding steady. Spring yardwork here we come!
Co-worker 1: Needs to lose ~50. Now he wants to start Mayo Clinic Diet. Yeesh. Give it up, man.
Co-worker 2: Needed to lose ~55. Lost 20 from stress. Started Primal in Sept, lost 20 more, but gained 10 back on a carb spree. We're working on it.
That's the thing - the guy needs to have material for a show every day (or however the funk often his program runs) - there's no way they'd have an adequate amount of material of actually healthy advice. He relies on whatever fad thing is being promoted. He gets paid. They get paid. You get sick and poor.
I'd be wary of oxygen if Dr Oz endorsed breathing.
I used to be a fan of Dr. Oz but lately his shows are just sensationalistic. As are the mango/raspberry ketone trend. There are no shortcuts.

No idea who Dr. Oz is - he obviously hasnt hit the UK screens!
Seems for once we aint missing out!!
I'm not a complete idiot! There's parts missing!!
I got into primal because the whole processed weight loss food market never really convinced me at all: I've never seen someone loosing weight and then keeping their desired result for long, even when starving themselves.
I haven't been lucky enough to meet Dr Oz, he sounds like a funny whole of crap clown who is in for ruining people lives, that's sad.
yes they truly do work like a charm only if you use them according to the instructions.
Do they perhaps work with a "reasonable diet and exercise"
