Beef jerkey? Hard cheese? Heck, table spoon of coconut oil or butter for that matter (actually I hear a lot of people keep this in a jar at work and spoon it in when they feel flat...BAM ENERGY!). 90+% Dark chocolate. Bag of carrots (don't know how low carb your talking), home made cream cheese, just about any bite sized vegetables ....I can eat a red pepper like an apple, even a whey shake....sure I could think of more, but yes these are all things I would consume before considering an "Atkins bar" or some crap. That said, "would I eat it"....yeah sure if I felt like it. Just like I eat hot wings at a bar on occasion and still drink beer.
