What are all the main things that contain high pufa levels? I know vegetable oil, nuts and seeds. What's more?

Wheat and corn, pork, and poultry are the ones that spring to mind.

I have a piggybacking question: beef has less unsaturated fat than poultry or pork, but of the unsaturated fat it does contain (even grass-fed), isn't the ratio still very skewed toward pufa?

I eat too many nuts to claim that it really matters to me-- just curious.
