Does anyone in the UK know where I can get the mycotoxin free coffee beans that is talked about a lot on this forum?
When I asked in our local coffee supply shop, they had no clue what I was talking about!
I'm not a complete idiot! There's parts missing!!

Thanks for asking because I haven't read about it before.

I found this website that describes how to select fungus free coffee: How To Choose Mycotoxin-Free Coffee (I don't know about the rest of the site, but that article was informative).

Thankfully, I don't drink decaf, and most often I order espresso (they suggest Americano because of the steam, but that would really mean anything with espresso) when out, and my beans come from South America, but I'll have the check the rest of the things mentioned in the article.
