    You like endorphins? Hard to beat jumping up and down and singing too loud for half an hour. Moderate cardio, but not anything like jogging yourself to death! Calves, abs and plenty of other muscles are developed, and it's PLAY. So rock out with your Grok out!
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
