    One of the great things about eating Primally and LR is that it seems SO HARD to eat more anything, even if its protein (which I want to bump up to see what that does, since I'm not NK). I think about how I used to be able to eat a package of Glutino Oreos in a sitting, or a pizza, and now it's like HOW DOES ANYONE EAT THAT MUCH? It makes me full just thinking about it.

    BAB: 3 660mg Omega-3 Eggs, 7 oz Applegate Naturals Black Forest Ham. Coffee with 2 oz of Silk Dark Chocolate Almond Milk. I made bacon and put a half-cup of sauerkraut on my plate, but I'm too full.

    Went to the gym and did 10 minutes of intervals on that stairclimber machine. I have never been able to do more than a minute on that thing, so hurray! I also did 2x20 walking lunges holding a 12 lb medicine ball. Body weight squats and pliť squats. OY. A few months ago I could barely do 10 walking lunges without falling. In other news, some dude was hogging a squat machine, cable rows and doing deadlifts, and it was like, uh, dude, is anyone else allowed to use the gym? Jesus.

    The fuh kinda workout was he doing? Circuit? Dumb and useless. If you DL, you DL. If you squat, you squat. If you cable row, learn to do it properly with a bar

    Mixing those into an exercise salad is not my idea of a productive workout. If you're going to do them, do them separately so you can give proper focus to each one.

    By the way, if you enjoy exercise salads, that's fine This is simply aimed at bro-dude for being an inconsiderate person.

    In other news, my pants are much more loose! Very exciting! I'm in a size 14 from the Gap. Come on, 12s!

    This also goes to show how much muscle can affect body composition. When I was a junior in college I hit 170 and I was a size 16. :-( Now I'm 182 and a loose 14. WEIRD.

    Bumped my protein up to 124 g/ day. 1 g per lb of lean body mass. It is HAAARD to eat that much food. But now I'm super thermogenic. The air conditioner is at 73 degrees and I'm normally FREEZING, and a minute ago I was so hot I checked it to see if it was off. :-P

    Just another experiment. . 1 g of ptn per lb of lean body mass makes me warmer faster than just LR. :-) :-) :-)

    Had a small piece of cake after dinner. Now I have eczema on the inside of my right elbow, and when I played with my little brother's dog I started sneezing.

    Wheat = eczema and pet allergies. Noted.

    Sleep. Whatever time I do manage to fall asleep, I'm sleeping about 10 hours on average. Does this seem like a freakishly long time to sleep to anyone? Hmm.
