Ate 3 crushed garlic cloves last night before going to bed. Supposed to help with water bloat...and blood pressure! Less bloated today, but a little softer than normal.
Still super full. Had a peach, cashews, and an almond flour sugar free lemon tart...ages ago. Sipping on water now with ACV. Mmmm... Had a decaf with milk and not cream, and that wasn't the best idea, but it wasn't terrible.
It's weird to be satiated yet not full. Odd feeling.
