Got really woozy and light-headed today, before yoga of all things. I bought a packet of pepperoni and inhaled most of it before class and somehow didn't pass out. I've been salting all my meals, but obviously not enough. I should also pick up some potassium salt. I used to do this thing where I had Himalayan salt in hot lemon water in the morning. Probably a good thing to start up again...still kind of light-headed.
Boullion. I forgot the boullion. Doh.
Also. My pants are hanging on my hips. Hips don't lie.
Salt is the answer. I just had a 32 oz Powerade Zero and I feel a million times better.
And. I found organic DELICIOUS bouillon. I'm having a nummy mug right now. It's amazing. Rapunzel brand. No MSG!

Put back a few inches. It's also right before my TOM, I went over my carbs with a pint of raspberries, and over my ptn with a packet of pepperoni. Also went over my salt with a 32 oz Powerade Zero and a cup of bouillon, on top of the salty pepperoni, etc. So I'm not really worried. It's easy to get into ketosis if I popped myself out of it, I have bouillon now, and my TOM is coming in the next few days. I'll measure again when it's gone.
Also, caffeine. I cut myself off at noon yesterday and still didn't fall asleep until 12:30am. Cut myself off earlier? Eep. Okay. 10am. Starting tomorrow. He heheh...
