Why did you choose "Mark's Daily Apple" as the site name?

I keep thinking you must have answered this somewhere, but I can't find it discussed in the places I think would be addressed. Nor can I figure out how to search for the topic without getting every page in the site as a result.

If you've addressed it, please post a link. If not, it would probably be of interest to find out why you chose "Mark's Daily Apple" as the site name.

I was just about to post similar sentiments. To add, I think, having adopted this lifestyle, I haven't really needed to see any doctor, lately.

I stick here because I haven't found a good alternative.
I don't like this forum's organization and lack of friendship (that I felt when I was on the South Beach forum).

Their forum is divided by interests, age, amount to lose etc. and it's easy to feel part of a group and get to know posters and their strengths/weaknesses.

Those on maintenance had their own section, which I also think is better.
Those just beginning had their own section, and that is also a plus.
It's just LESS CONFUSING when one finds a place to "fit in."
