Assuming you have access to a MWAVE? Cut up leftover meat with a vegetable mix-such as caul, broc, and carrots- in a simmering sauce(curry) whilst showering and then tupperwared for warming up later for lunch.
Ground pulled pork in a sushi wrap. When nuked the wrap slightly shrinks and can be eaten as a sandwich.
Baby spinach seasoned with a bit of salt, garlic powder and onion powder.
Tuna with a pinch of salt and about a tspn of coconut oil mixed in.
When it is time to eat mix it all together! You can add other fav veggies too this is just the basic idea.

Chicken Caesar
Chipotle Steak Salad (Basically I grill an extra steak rare, and then slice it when it's cold. I like it room temp so I take it out of the fridge about 30 min before I want to eat. The dressing is just An oil vinegar dressing with Chipotle powder, cumin, lime salt and pepper. I throw purple onion, salsa and sourcream on top and a bit of shredded cheese. Super yum.
