    Current Age: 25

    Total Loss: 126 lbs

    Starting Stats: Weighed 266 lbs, Body Fat 37.6% (100 lbs), BMI 40.9

    Current Stats: Weight 140 lbs, Body Fat 15.2% (21.1 lbs), BMI 21.2

    Current Goals: Get a stronger core through Pilates and continue being as Primal as I can be.

    Do what you love and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. if you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching tv. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop, they will be waiting for you when you start doing the things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Some opportunities only come once, seize them.

    Thanks Chatty! Looks like u are on the road to success too! I think it only gets easier when you start losing more weight. You get to where you don't want to eat crappy food anymore because you feel so much better without it! Keep it up!!

    Wow great results! Congrats on your blood lipid and BP numbers, very impressive. You've got an incredible foundation of muscle and your metabolism must be revving big time. I bet you will continue to shed fat pretty quickly.
