    SoLo sea salt

    Primal Fuel
Hi. I've just bought some SoLo sea salt - it is high in potassium and magnesium and has some silica.

    Solo Sea Salt

Has anyone seen / used this? I am regularly low in potassium and magnesium, according to FitDay, and I thought this might be a useful way of increasing them? I have been using Himalayan Pink Salt, but that seems to be almost entirely Sodium Chloride.

Yep, it's a handy shortcut to increasing potassium intake.
It doesn't behave like salt (sodium chloride) in all applications though (I can't remember which cooking technique I was using, but it didn't work! Also for curing etc)

Took a peak at their website. That doesn't look like any "sea salt" I've ever seen.

I'm dubious, to say the least.
