Very tired newbie!
2nd week primal and going well apart from....
I train 5 days a week, kickboxing/muay Thai 2/3 times a week, run 4 times a week and try and get some weights in too. Sounds a lot but recovery never used to be a problem. I have been really struggling to get up in the mornings te last week, is this due to coming off the carbs??
I have no problem with the workouts though, in fact I feel much better whilst working out!
Just feel so tired in the mornings!
During my second week of low carb, I started feeling very weak. Not hungry,not tired, but just weak.
Upped my carbs a bit and ate more calories. Starting feeling fine and still feeling fine.
Maybe chart your nutrition for awhile to see what you're actually eating.
