WWYD with 3 X organic pork sausages?

I picked up a pack of high quality 'Country Pork' sausages at our farmers market last week. They look lovely but I only have 3 and I need to cook a meal for 2 adults and 2 kids. Any great ideas for a family meal I can make with these?

Cut them up into a stir-fry or something.

    Brown them off

Cut them up and put them back into a pan with diced tomatoes and some mushrooms. Heat through and serve with green beans sauteed in bacon grease.

That's what I'm making right now.

Slice them up and brown them, then toss in red and orange bell peppers, onions, garlic, (any other veg you feel like, sometimes I add chard or kale) and then throw in a splash of wine to deglaze and a bit of tomato sauce. I then make it spicy, but it's good mild as well.

Slice and brown them, saute up some red pepper, onion, mushroom and spinach, whip some eggs (and cream if you like) and pour it all into a casserole dish. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 and serve. Nom.

I like sausages with shrimp. They are also great with eggs.
