This reminds me of a post on my Facebook today to which I replied that we are politically correcting ourselves out of existence - and maybe that will be a good thing for the earth, if there is anything left, of course.

The other post was in relation to men now being afraid to stop and help children in trouble for fear of being labelled perverts or worse.

This sucks, that website was a huge help to me when I was first diagnosed. It dissuaded me from following the RD's advice to eat 250-300g of carbs a day (and quadruple my insulin dosage to compensate). I would be a metabolic mess if not for this guy's advice.

And good to know...since I live in NC.

Ahh, just read more into it. Apparently he was charging a small fee for 1 on 1 dietary counseling. THAT would be a problem. But usually they start with a cease and desist letter before filing charges.
