I just did a beef heart in the crock pot. Delish! I will have to try your recipe next time.
I cooked a pig heart tonight. They are always available where I shop in Denmark. I leave Denmark at the end of the semester (12 days) so I figured I ought to cook it soon. It was easy and delicious. This is the recipe I followed (wfs):

Hearts go great in a curry, also slightly tenderised and stuffed with fried bacon, onions and mushrooms is lovely.
what about chicken hearts?
all the references i've found online have been mostly generalized "grilled" or "fried".
