First time in 21 days, I fell off the wagon a bit today......

I had a bit of a sugar binge. I'm a bit upset about it because I had been doing so very well, and starting to feel so much better.

So tomorrow I'm back to basics. It's not going to be like it was in the beginning last time, is it? Please tell me no......

No, get back on the wagon, and don't let the occasional slip up get you down.
Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who has said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own experience.

In the mind of the beginner, there are many possibilities; in the mind of the expert, there are few.

lol!!! Thanks guys! I just don't want to have to go through the whole sugar withdrawal process again. Which begs the question, if I hated the withdrawal process so much, why in the fuck did I go off the plan today??? Stupid.....

Are you just saying that so I don't feel bad, or are you telling the truth, lol!!!!

Yeah, I already feel like complete shit. Like, really bad. I have a stomach ache and a headache, there is a ton of tension in my neck and shoulders, ugh, and my stomach is all bloated up huge. I want to come back and read this post next time I feel like having some sugar. So not worth it.

You have the right spirit. Don't let a few bad foods discourage you from "the big picture."
A month from now, you'll have forgotten all about it.
    It's the long-run that counts!

It usually only takes me a day or two to feel better when I slip and fall. Pick yourself up, brush it off...today is a new day!

Slip ups happen. It seems a shame to add feelings of guilt and worry above and beyond the physical pain!
