    Awesome information guys!


    How many grams of carbs do you eat? I think that 50g-100g is too many for me if I want to continue to lose body fat.......what's your experience?

    I try to stay below 30g and usually manage to stay below 20g per day. But I do that partially because my blood sugar goes crazy otherwise, since I'm a type 2 diabetic.

    Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

    I try to stay around 20 grams of carbs a day. Some days it is a little more, but so long as it doesn't go above 30, then I continue to lose weight slowly. Good posts, Griff.

    I don't know if I'm the only one who gets to feeling a little guilt when consuming lots of fat. (raised to believe fat was bad bad bad) Yesterday, I opened up a can of Thai Kitchen coconut milk and I saw this thick cream cheese consistency stuff.. not what I was expecting. I took a taste and It was extremely delicious. I tried not to eat the whole can.


    Ladies that eat bacon: Do you notice much water weight gain around a certain time of the month from eating bacon? Can it be avoided? If so, how?

    I gain about 3 lbs in water weight. I don't stress about it much though. The nice thing about the once a month water weight gain is that it is extremely temporary ;P
