    I eat liver 3 or 4 times a week as a vitamin supplement. I take vit d from Sept till May and get sun all summer.

    The baby is 8 months now and nauseatingly cute with teething slime and slobber running out of all the holes.

    she should be sleeping through the night soon That will definitely make life a bit easier!

    I still suggest a strong B complex for the adrenals - it will help with stress and sleep quality

    Hey Tomi, what btw do you mean by "since you live so far north"??? hmmm you make it sound like I live above the arctic circle. You are farther north than I am btw.

    I think we're pretty darn close in our northy-ness I am a couple miles south of the 45th parallel. How 'bout you? I do believe you are a few miles NORTH According to this google map.

    Course - I never was good at geography.......... does that equate northy-ness?

    Well whaddayaknow. she be right. I did not know Americans could even see maps that listed places outside of the US. Hmm i always thought with the way NA sat on the planet the pacific NW was a lot farther north than Montreal, oh well.
