It's in New York, which is where I'll be next year. I had planned on signing up for a crossfit gym and Krav Maga, but I'm tempted to go check these guys out.


The obstacle course looks awesome, and since I'm planning on doing AFROTC in college it might be very beneficial for me to get some "boot camp" type training in before I go to Field Training (of course, the AF does not compare to the challenges at Marine Corps basic). That said, this program is an hour long cardio-fest every day, and I will already be getting a fair amount of low-level cardio through Krav Maga/biking around the city.


Would I be over-doing it? Better to stick with a CF gym and go for the shorter met-cons and strength training?
