Sounds good Em! Glad you looked at the carbs on the OJ! Juice is just pretty much not a good way to get anything you need - unless you do juiced veggies, and those can be pretty overpowering in taste. I am busy making spaghetti squash fritters at the moment - yum. Make sure you have enough protein and fat - then any hunger left over is for filling up with veggies! And after that - your body really, really wants to stay at the weight it is at right now and will try to convince you that just a little more will satisfy you until you stay at the status quo! Or that is what mine does anyway
