I'm looking to educate myself on how to manage my fatty acid ratios and was wondering if there are some good sources out there. I'm finding things that state that teh ratio should be 3:1 or 2:1, but I'm finding little on why or how.


Also, much of the stuff I have read on teh ratio seems to not differentiate between Omega 3 deficiency and a high ratio. Is is possible that the issues with a high ratio is just that there is chronic Omega 3 deficiency?


Just looking for some sources (books, websites, etc) that go into fine detail on this. Thanks!
