Because they, and their entire family, may die in a completely random "accident" where they all die by small projectile?

Explain it as if you were explaining it to one of us, but whenever the words Evolution, Insulin, or Ketosis come up, replace it with either The Word, blasphemy, or Hallelujah. Or even just call it the Hallelujah diet.

People can debate the basis, all they want, but it's hard to argue against the premise: Eating whole, UNADULTERATED, food. Christians believe God created man in his image, and likeness. But, it doesn't mean man is to be equal to God. You can point out the industrialization as a means of trying to be God, screwing with His very creation..

1st post here so don't crucify me ;-) Just deciding to follow this lifestyle -yikes!

I'm a Christian, believe in creation, don't believe I came from an ape although I've met many people I believe are direct descendents of apes (supposed to be funny). I believe God gave us good sense but also free will.

I'm using my free will to choose a primal lifestyle because it makes sense for my health, it's not a religious decision. I agree with the others, leave the "primate" out of primal. Use terms like "caveman" or something like that. If you believe in the bible then God did provide the grains but only after the fall of Adam and Eve (wonder what they ate? Like a caveman perhaps?!?!?

Some people don't want to change regardless of there health/religious persuasion, etc. It's a hard change to make. Sugar tastes good, grains are yummy, cake it delicious. Making healthy choices is hard to start with, hard to maintain in the world we live in. If someone is unwilling to change then so be it. Perhaps they will become more intrigued as you lose the weight and get healthier.

Great job on the 25 lbs!!!

There are many people on these forums that do not believe in the concept of free will
