    Breakfast: Vega Shake w/ Blackberries | Beef, Sweet Potatoes
    Lunch: Apple | Broccoli, Sweet Potatoes, Tomatoes, Parsley
    Dinner: Apple & Fennel Salad

    Supplements: Vitamin D3
    Exercise: none

    Comments:
    My mom makes a killer apple & fennel salad, but it had mayo in it... I noticed a glycemic hunger reaction once I finished it. Thank goodness I was preoccupied. Please no more late night binges for me.

    Comments:
    On and off diary makes me unconscious of the simple rules I fixated. Eat whole foods. Meat, veggies, fruits, rice, seaweed. Only vegetables permitted between 9 - 10 PM. Bedtime by midnight.
    *So I went on a date and declining food seemed so rude, especially when I was only sipping water in the bar... I ate two spring rolls.

    My last day before my four day east coast excursion to the Martimes. I don't know if I'll document a food diary; probably not considering it's a vacation. Even though I have allergic sensitivity to fish, I must try some of the freshest, most decadent prepared fish in the country! Otherwise, it's pretty easy to stay away from refined sugar and wheat and being on vacation limits my eating windows anyway...
