Hey All,

Can I make Pemmican with drippings? The supermarket here does not sell suet and they apparently have no idea what tallow is as when I asked them if they had tallow, they pointed me to the drippings....hhhmmmm....so, can I make pemmican with drippings or no? I think I already know the answer but it never hurts to ask! Thanks guys!
