    Nuts and nut butters
    Alcohol and soda
    Chocolate
    Acidic foods, such as pineapple and tomato
    Coffee and tea
    Eggs
    Curry
    White potato
    Dairy - including butter

    I'm choosing to do this......... I don't HAVE to.

    things have been so darn busy in the journals I have a hard time catching up on a day to day basis! If I miss a day I just have to jump in at the end and miss out on all the rest! I'm not commenting much these days either. Sometimes I feel like I just don't have anything to offer..............
