Okay, you can all throw eggs now. I had one square of 85% chocolate today. My daughter was over and I offered her one...
Breakfast: yogurt and blueberries
Lunch: Frittata with broccoli, peppers, spaghetti squash, and mozza. 1 square chocolate
Supper: stir-fry veggies and one small lamburger (2 oz, max)
Somewhere in there was a bit of Judg Fudg.
I probably should have eaten less for losing weight, but honestly, I'm sick. I've got some kind of cold moving in, sore throat, sniffles. Blech. I needed the comfort of not feeling hungry at all. I did successfully resist all forms of sugar beyond that one piece of chocolate.
Needed a nap this afternoon after DD left. *sigh*

Judg I swear by a clove of freshly pressed garlic that I swallow down with a glass of water as if taking a pill. It is amazing for showing bugs the door! I have not gotten sick despite, not feeling totally right and I am sure it is partly because I am taking garlic regularly! I have a whole regime of stuff that I take if I feel as though I am coming down with something and it usually helpsLots of water is one thing, rest is a good one too so try to get to bed nice and early after a lovely warm bath or shower

Can't wait to get my passport renewed, the picture is unusually horrible. I went to one of those photo places (don't think they exist any more) and I was actually looking up when he snapped the pic. So I'm rolling my eyes up like a terrified horse. He wouldn't take it over, at least not unless I paid him another $9. Hmmm. This guy went out of business shortly after.
No eggs from me, I am eating all of them.
