    There's been a strain of stomach flu going around in our part of the states............. could be migrating to your part of the world. Last 3-4 days. Hope you feel better soon.

    my motivation

    As per Marcadav:
    Do 30-60 days clean primal.
    No grains, sugar, alcohol.
    Eat 3 meals and primal snacks.
    Don't track food.
    Don't tweak.
    Don't expect issues to go away quickly. Instead, just follow the plan and see how things play out.
    Decide on an exercise plan you can/will do consistently during the 30-60 days and then do it.

    One of the janitors as work has been telling me that 140 will be too small and I should stick where I am. Of course, he's black, and in general, black men seem to prefer their women a bit bigger - stereotypically, anyway...

    Jenn - I think 140 is a good goal........ if you're comfortable with things before you get that far then stop!

    So I've decided it's not the weight but the fact that I will have a waist again!
    Female 52 travel for business monthly
    Starting wt: 198, Goal: 135, Current with PB: 160
    Started at a size 16 down to loose 10

    With PB my asthma has improved, low back pain is gone, & I've got more energy

    Are you feeling better Judg? Hopefully you have completely kicked whatever bug was around right out. But, anytime there is any issue with tummy stuff I recommend kefir! Excellent for straightening out excess bacteria or not enough friendlies in the gut. Congratulations on the new comments It is going to be a loooonnnng time before anyone could conceivably tell me to slow down on the weight loss! That is wonderful! Enjoy it - you have worked long and hard for what you have accomplished!
    Start weight: 225.5 lbs Feb 13 2012. Height: 5'7"

    Current weight: 218 lbs
    S.T. goals: stabilize hormones, JUDDD, sleep early and long
    LTG: Find my sweet spot with which foods work for me and start losing weight
