Congrats on the new low. I can totally relate on the uncertainty of the weight dropping. I'll go a week or two and nothing, then all of a sudden a few pounds disappear. But hey, all good things in due time.

Tomi, the paperwork has not progressed. My bad. But he kept me on the run all summer, and I'm still struggling to get the basics done around here. *sigh* And I saw you were making progress.

Dash, that's it. Although I would prefer to go a wee bit faster, I'm happy with one or two pounds a month, seeing as most of the hard work is done. So no stress here. It really isn't hard to drop a single pound and then hold that for a month. This month is already better (counting from mid-month here).

I kind of caved today. I've been eating just two modest meals a day, but it went up to three today, and that last one wasn't modest... Delicious, primal, but not modest. I think I needed it. Meatballs and baby peas, in case anyone's interested. Spicy meatballs. Lots of spicy meatballs. I can pretty much guarantee I won't be seeing any new lows tomorrow, LOL! I did penance by going for a walk after supper. It turned out to be a grey, cool day, although so damp it still feels sticky.

I took a picture in the back yard after the walk. So here I am, stuffed with meatballs.

Thanks, Candy. Seeing as you're doing before and afters, I offer this picture from five years ago:

Been a while since I looked at that...

    I do miss that dress.

Funny how much younger you look now, even though you are five years older! That dress is gorgeous, though.
