well - it is nice to have you back even if it will be "spotty" for a few weeks. Enjoy your company, and remember not to overdo it! And the new picture is adorable!Love the hat!

Don't give up what you want MOST, for what you want NOW
Thanks ladies! I put up the picture mainly to update the glasses. There aren't very many headshots of me around, so I used this one I took in the mirror to show somebody my hat. LOL!
New number today! Finally! 150.8 means 66 pounds down. Okay, minus 0.2... But now I really want to see 149 on the scale. Those 50 landmarks are such biggies.
This is a hit and run post. I'm kind of dragging after last night's insomnia (as you may have figured out from the timing of my replies on your journals) and got someone coming over soon. But I was kind of pumped about the scale moving again.

Oh My Good Gravy that sounds delicious!!
Congrats on 150! That's awesome! I so can't wait til I can report that weight! With the way my whole30's have been going, if I keep them, I could be there in 3 months or so! Wouldn't THAT be nice!
Glad to see you around. Missed you and your wisdom!
Jenn, that and frozen blueberries in a bowl with stevia and cream. Cold, delicious, virtuous, and such a treat. *sighs with happiness* And easier than the blender gelato. I buy wild blueberries in big bags in the frozen food section. One bag can last a long time. And thank you for the kind words.
Ecks, I almost feel like I would be cheating a little, seeing as I lost most of it before being primal. But I might do it one of these days.
I saved some clothes from my fattest period, and I plan on getting in them for a photo when I'm at the end of the road. Should be fun. Did you save anything from your pre-primal days?
Thanks Cheryl and Kerry.Always nice to see words of encouragement.

Well, I only bounced up a wee bit from yesterday's weight. Still a bit disappointed though, I was really hoping to get down a bit. Oh well. Let's hold the line.

I bounced up too. Irked me and I stomped on my scale out of hatred. lol I was already really grumpy this morning and that didn't help.
