Hi, CM. I hope you get something useful out of it.

Sleep: 8 hours
Weight: 154.4
Food
Vitamins: check
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with slivered almonds, blueberries and seeds
Lunch: Primal pizza with ham and green peppers and onions.
Supper: Didn't feel like eating badly enough to bother cooking. And hubby has an upset stomach, so no need.
Snacks: 2 Brazil nuts. A few black olives al forno
Exercise: Dancing. Hard.
Activities: Small chores, dishwasher, cooking, 1½ loads laundry, gardening, hand dishes
Comments: Got a bit of an allergic reaction to lunch. Must be the coconut flour and milk, seeing as this isn't the first time. *sigh* This is going to complicate life. And then I felt a little queasy too. Is that part of the reaction, or am I coming down with whatever hubby has?

Judg, I've been measuring my weight by ounces lately too.

This is something I really didn't fully accept until I started working on health on here with you guys. I think reading the variations in everyone's path really does confirm that you can always do your best, but you can't really predict what you're body wants to do - or at least the rate that IT wants things to happen.

All of the ounces add upIf you gained weight in .1 you would count that too wouldn't you? So the opposite "weigh" should be a good thing
YAY for ounces!
Yup, a few more ounces off this morning too. It's a cool day, so I pulled a cute little long-sleeved blouse out of my reward drawer. It is a fitted blouse, and the buttons were straining when I bought it (on special, of course). It now fits like a glove and I feel like a million bucks.
Or I would, if I didn't have a sharp pain in my gut. All I've had today is a cup of black coffee, and it started hurting after that. Seeing as I had a bit of a rash on the inside of my wrists, I took an allergy pill, and decided not to eat until I feel better. Which is happening, thank goodness. Apart from that, I feel great, which is kind of weird. I'm foregoing exercise for the time being too, until I figure out what's going on.

had to edit my lost post - it was 11 miles, not 21. But still - I did overdo it a bit. The bike trip was a spur of the moment thing, and was a bigger trek than I had anticipated. Overall I enjoyed it though --- a few days of taking it easy seemed to fix me up agian!Dancing sounds so fun!
Look at you go, girl!!!! Those numbers just keep getting smaller and smaller!
Weird thing for me........ I keep having people ask me if I'm losing weight - but the number on the scale isn't moving. I'm still wearing the same size pants too. Don't know what to think of it. I'm going to read up on whole30 today - I think I'm going to give it a shot. Jenn has me inspired! I've been cheating on snickerdoodles all weekend! Raw dough or the cooked ones - way too many! The flour is going to do bad things to my insides!

I'm inching my "weigh" down the scales!
