I shared Lopisheep's storm! It was amazing! Rumbled the house! It was an awesome show!

How sad for the kid that got hurt by the lightening........

Trees are grounded, but electricity will seek the easiest path to the ground. Unfortunately people are much better conductors of electricity than trees are. A lone tree will attract lightning and if a person is close to that tree, the current will jump. Thunder/lightning storm = Go Inside!

    Glad everyone survived the storms!

Judj, the coconut aminos come in a bottle and I got them at Sprouts (I think that's local here though) and they were by the other soy sauce. I saw them online too, maybe at The Vitamin Shoppe.

Just wanted to stop back and let you know. I'm off to a music festival, time to avoid "fair food"! I did see they were grilling turkey legs last night, so that may be dinner! trying to set my resolve to avoid funnel cakes, cinnamon rolls, cheesecake on a stick, and the rest of the garbage!

Have a great weekend and I'll be checking back in on your progress!

Anyway, glad you are safe.

I'm going to try pigs' skin as soon as ecks makes it primal with sea salt and baked!

Your cappuccino sounds yummy! Take it that it's warmer there than it is here.

Lightning totally trashed a tree at our local high school less than a mile a way. It was splintered.
Oy. There was an F1 tornado in a town a couple of hours from here. A historic church collapsed. Today is much more pleasant; in the 70s, sunny, no wind.

Thanks Kim. I'll try to keep my eyes open. I'm guessing I'll have to check out the health food stores, although more and more mainstream stores are carrying "weird" foods.

Yikes! Sounds like some dangerous weather up there. Sorry I haven't been on anyone else's threads that much lately. Been trying to not be on the computer as much. Glad to see you're safe!

Grandson #3 born during the night. No name yet, 7 lb. 2 oz. We're going to pick them up from the birthing centre and do some babysitting. It's going to be a busy day.
