    Sleep: A good 8 hours.

    Weight: 156.2

    Food
Breakfast: 3-egg omelet with cheese, onions, garlic, green pepper, and pickled eggplant
Lunch: skipped. Breakfast was late, supper early.
Supper: Chicken Kiev, broccoli/yellow pepper/black olive salad (couldn't eat it all)
Snacks: 2 Brazilian cheese puffs, "latte" made with coconut milk

Exercise: Negligible. About 15 min. walking

Activities: 60-minute nap. Yes! One load of laundry. Cooking. Washed hand dishes. Went out in the evening. Was a little draggy all day, without feeling crushed, so I took it relatively easy.

I had a lovely time out last night, and didn't get home until late. And then of course, I was on too much of a people buzz to be able to sleep for a couple of hours. I get very animated when people are around, especially when I haven't seen them for a while (no wonder people have trouble believing in my fatigue!) and it takes a while to come down from the high. Who needs Red Bull? I am going to have to take a long nap today, as I'm going out again tonight. I have a coffee meeting with a couple from the town I lived in for fifteen years. Have to get caught up on all the news! (They didn't recognize me, LOL!) And I was so pleased to find out that French still rolled off my tongue just fine. I only speak it with babies these days.

    Sleep: About six hours.

    Weight: 155.6

    Food
Breakfast: The rest of last night's supper. Cottage cheese with walnuts, blackberries, hempseed, flaxseed and a wee drizzle of maple syrup
Lunch: Leftover salmon and broccoli salad
Supper: bit of cold chicken, kiwi
Snacks: Broccoli stems. 2 Brazil nuts.

    Exercise: Long walk

Activities: Emptied dishwasher, swept kitchen, various tidying, shopping, visiting and hobnobbing, bus trips.

Seriously, I can't believe I haven't collapsed. I'm home early, because I was running out of energy, but I am not tired to the core. Wow.

Having said that, I don't want to push myself to that point, so I'm off to bed. I'll check other journals tomorrow or next time I have a chance. Take care all.

Yes, it is excellent news. Really, I should be flat on my back. And yet I was up early to go grocery shopping. I am tired, I can't deny that, but it is not the kind of fatigue that soaks deep into your bones and makes you plead with the entire world to go away and leave you alone. I can feel it draped over me, but there's an energy in my core (if that makes any sense) that hasn't gone away. That will make it harder to nap... LOL! Which is what I intend to do after journal-browsing and a little lunch.

I doubt if I will attempt to go to the last night of meetings, but you never know. If I perk up, I just might.

Oh, and I forgot to say that after taking my standard 2.5k walk to the shopping centre yesterday, I was not at all tired. I went straight to doing a little minor shopping. Normally I would go to the coffee shop and sit before attempting anything else at all. This is weird. Good weird.
