Nutritional yeast? Sounds promising, but what part of the grocery store will I find it in? Bottle, can, jar, packet? With spices or sauces or organics or baking goods or?

I had to go to a 'health food' store for it- and ask! Don't know what category it would fit into.

Is that the same as brewer's yeast? Anyway, I do have a health-food store I go to occasionally, I'll check next time I'm there.

Yes, I have been feeling pretty good about the progress, for sure. A few years ago I had pretty much accepted I was going to be fat for the rest of my life, although I did hope I could take at least a little of it off eventually. To have knocked off more than 60 still kind of overwhelms me. I am really looking forward to losing the rest, whether it's slowly or quickly doesn't much matter to me.

Pictures will have to wait for a while; I forgot to bring the camera back with me last time I was visiting hubby.

The other big thing I want to change is the fatigue, obviously. I'm optimistic I'm on the right track. I'm kind of tired today, not surprising, after four consecutive active days. So I'm spending the day mainly resting (okay, so I'm cleaning the kitchen too... it was unbearable), especially because I would really like to go out tonight. There is a biennial national convention happening in our city right now of an organization we were actively involved in for many years, and the evening sessions are open to the public. There will be quite a few people there that I know, and I may never again have this opportunity. So I would like to go tonight. And possibly the next two. And so I am sparing myself as much as I can. I won't go if I'm too tired, but the fact that I can actually contemplate the possibility is already pretty special.

Hi Judg. It appears I lost your journal and didn't realize it for whatever reason... I guess I read too many journals if I don't notice one is missing... ??

Just stopping to say hi and thanks for all the support. It's almost quitting time here, so I'll have to catch up with you tomorrow. Have a great night!

You have a great night too, Jenn. You do know how adjust your settings to subscribe to threads, right? (Not that I was offended. I just thought I could make your life simpler.)

I'm feeling stupid right now. Got myself downtown for my meeting, a little late, and discovered it was tomorrow night. Tried to do a little shopping, but my heart wasn't in it. At least it was a lovely evening to be out.

LOL! Did you get your lesson early? All in all, showing up a day early is better than coming a day late.

The Weather Network says we are experiencing light rain. Either they spend too much time looking at instruments and not enough time looking out the window or they are suffering under a severe misapprehension when it comes to the meaning of the word "light". Not going for a walk today, not nohow.

I thought I was subscribed to your journal. Must have accidentally tried to subscribe to it again and ended up unsubscribing. I've done that more than once! you showed up in my subscribed list this morning, so all is right in the world again.

I have lost all faith in the weather man and his crew. They have been incorrect so many times recently!
