Day 2 - Journal
Still not perfect by any means but getting started with no excuses
B: Bacon and Omega 3 eggs
Snack: raw veggies and an apple
Dinner: Salmon and mixed veggies
Snack - almonds and walnuts and my nut butter bars
Need to get in more daily movement
Didn't do much foraging because I was already prepared.
Missed my workout
Enjoyed the relaxing evening but felt compelled to go to the computer - How did we live without these things!!
Energy level - 7
Hunger level between meals - 4 Expected it to be higher
Satisfaction with meal 8
Struggles - Some fatigue and a little depressed but that is not due to the diet it is PMS
Benefits - Love no carb cravings
Dailly Highlights - Nut Butter Bare are too good!
Daily needs to improve - More veggies and better planning!
