    Chinese bean sprouts?

I've been buing freshly prepared stir fry veg from the supermarket (obviously not organic, thats another topic). It occured to me-being slow- that the mix has been sprouts in it? Are these allowed? Do they have the same properties as legumes?

    Thanks

Fresh legumes are fine. Also fermented soy beans, e.g. traditional wheat-free tamari. Enjoy.

I've been wondering the same thing! I thought that any soy was out.
Using those ready-to-stir-fry veg once in a while would save me time, but they all contain beansprouts.
