Why is creatinine slightly low in a high meat lifestyle?
Have been looking for this information for the last 10 years to no avail. Anyone with some kind of research direction/information would be so welcome.
Here are present thoughts:
1) Not utilizing/digesting meat well?
2) Muscle mass is very low. Perhaps with harder workouts, muscle will increase, testosterone will increase and creatinine will increase?
