I was wondering if my breakfast choice is balanced enough or too much fat? I had two over easy eggs, 4 slices of bacon, 1/2 an avocado, and 1/4 of a small cantaloupe. I ate it all as finger food, didn't feel overly full and wasn't hungry for almost 7 hours after. I actually really enjoyed the breakfast.
