Okay, so fudge is not exactly primal, but I was wondering if anyone had tips for making the stuff 'fudgy'. I made some yesterday for the first time, but it came out more like soft chocolate candy in texture. I mixed equal parts of coconut oil (melted), butter, cocoa powder, and raw honey. Is there something else I should be adding to get it more fudge-like in texture?
I'm retraining and strengthening my taste buds, one primal meal at a time.

Im trying to avoid ultra sweet things like this. This would be the beginning of the end for me!!
I'm not a complete idiot! There's parts missing!!
Try making coconut butter with a FP and flakes using that as a base rather than CO. The recipe link I've made and really loved it.

last summer I made a fudge for a church function using avocado. I came home from church with an empty pan. Wish I could remember the recipe.
