    Paleo Bread

    does anyone know anything about the Julian Bakery 'paleo bread' that's about to come out? The ingredients seem to be legit. Just curious if anyone knows how it taste or if its as pure as it sounds

    no, i don't know anything about it specifically. but i can tell you that if you're trying to lose weight or give up grains, the paleo faux flour baking should be thrown out the window. cooking with almond flour is not a healthy bet, despite its popularity like everywhere.
