I only drink one small cup a day, but I can't help but feel like it raises my stress levels just a bit all day. Also after the high of a cup there's a slight low where I feel a little blue.

But I freaking love that one cup a day, and for an hour or so I feel awesome. I can't give it up for more than a week.

I know that if I gave it up my energy and moods would be more stable, my chronic stress would be lowered, and i'd probably eat a bit less too since sometimes I feel like I indulge a bit to calm myself.

Idk man, have any of you people givin up coffee long term? How does it feel?
