help to calculate daily protein intake
im 185cm, weigh round 110kg. i hold a reasonable amount of lean muscle and think im about 15kg overweight (fat)... how can I figure out my protein intake required for the day... i dont have calipers

I think you work out at 164 lbs lean mass x 1g protein per pound lean mass so about 164g protein.
