    Liquid multivitamins

    Hey,
I was looking at a book the other day and it says that taking liquid vitamins and minerals is better than in pill form and that it should be kept refrigerated
    I found this on amazon
    Any thoughts?

erm, that's your sig line, lol. i supplement with bone broth, magnesium, vitamin d and vitamin k. i eat nutrient-dense foods like liver, eggs, seafood and greens. i feel better than i have in many years.

that stuff has added fructose, numerous preservatives, soy and 35 calories per dose.

    eat real food.

As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.
