I'm a week into PB eating from a carb cycle format of dieting for a figure competition. My body responded well to the cycling, but I've been sold on the PB way of life.

Have you competed in bodybuilding/figure/fitness on PB? At one week to competition, did you cycle your carbs using veggies/fruits or just stuck to a low carb intake? I need to mess with the sodium/water intake also for the look required.

I'd appreciate any insight!
